Producer Info

Following crop trials that began in 2018, its Excelling in Excelsa programme launched in 2021 to rebuild coffee production and connect local smallholders with international markets. The producer supplies seedlings and practical training to farmers across Nzara and Yambio.
This lot was grown at 600 metres and processed through anaerobic fermentation. Whole coffee cherries were held in sealed tanks for 48–64 hours, then pulped and dried.
