Heron Valley has been part of our story for a while, with our coffee already being served here long before we took on the running of the café.

Set within Heron Valley Orchards, just outside Loddiswell, this is a beautiful South Hams spot for coffee, breakfast, lunch and something good from the counter. You’ll find our wood roasted coffee, fresh cakes and pastries, alongside a menu that will largely remain the same, familiar dishes, done well, with our Curator touch added over time through ingredients, sourcing and detail.

Alongside this, we’re introducing a small, considered wine offering. Expect Italian and natural wines from Gennaro (Natural Growth Wines), alongside English bottles from Sandridge Barton Vineyard - wines we genuinely enjoy drinking, designed to sit easily alongside lunch or carry you into the afternoon.

The café will keep the same warm, relaxed feel that regulars know and love. Heron Valley’s own juices, ciders and soft drinks are made on site, so it feels like a natural fit: good coffee, good food, proper Devon produce, and space to slow down.

There’s indoor seating, outdoor space, free parking, Wi-Fi, and dogs are welcome.
