Misadhi AA comes from Homa Bay County, Kenya, and is produced by Misadhi Coffee. The high altitude, fertile soils, and cool climate create ideal conditions for the Ruiri 11 and Batian varietals. Cherries are carefully hand-picked, fully washed, and dried on raised beds to preserve a dense, chewy texture with bright fruit character. This lot reflects the classic structure of Kenyan washed coffees, with a balance of vibrant acidity, sweetness, and depth.
