How does the subscription work?
Subscribe to receive 10% off every month for the first 6 months, with increased savings and rewards for loyal subscribers from month 6 onward. This plan includes monthly auto-renewal and delivery, the flexibility to pause or cancel at any time, and easy management through your customer portal.
Can I manage or adjust my subscription?
Yes. You’ll receive a secure link via email to manage your subscription. From there, you can change your delivery schedule, update blends, or pause and resume as needed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Our subscriptions are flexible – you can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time through your account portal. However; if you pause your subscription you may not receive additional discounts and freebies for time based membership.
How are payments handled?
Payments are taken automatically before each dispatch, using the payment method saved at checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation ahead of each renewal.
Can I change my coffee blend or quantity?
Yes. Log in via your subscription link to update your preferences. Changes will take effect from your next scheduled order.
How do I update my address or payment details?
You can make these changes anytime in your subscription portal. It’s best to do so at least 48 hours before your next renewal.
