Our decaf is a Catuai and Caturra grown in Costa Rica and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. It delivers a rich, full-bodied cup with a nutty sweetness and gentle citrus lift. Comforting, balanced, and satisfying — wood roasted by us in Totnes for all brew methods.

This coffee comes from smallholder farms in Costa Rica’s highlands, grown in fertile volcanic soil under a mix of native shade trees. Known for its consistency and balance, the lot was selected for its natural sweetness and smooth texture before undergoing the chemical-free Swiss Water decaffeination process in Canada. The result preserves the coffee’s character while removing 99.9% of caffeine — producing a cup that’s clean, rich, and unmistakably comforting.
