The Curator is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
We are an independent coffee business with six Caffès, our own roastery and an Italian bakery. We roast our coffee over wood and make much of what we serve ourselves.
This is a varied, practical role covering retail and wholesale sales, digital marketing, customer communication and event programming.
The main commercial priority is increasing sales of our bagged coffee through our Caffès and online shop. The role will also find and develop wholesale customers, manage existing accounts and maintain consistent marketing activity across our channels.

You will:
- Plan and maintain the sales and marketing calendar.
- Develop campaigns supporting coffee sales through our Caffès and online shop.
- Review sales information and identify useful opportunities.
- Find and approach suitable new wholesale customers.
- Manage relationships, orders and communication with existing wholesale accounts.
- Plan and publish social-media content.
- Prepare and send customer emails.
- Manage Google and Meta advertising.
- Maintain relevant website content and on-page SEO.
- Keep information for our six locations accurate and current.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal activity and partnerships.
- Develop ideas for Caffè events, collaborations and festivals.
- Approach and book performers, chefs, producers and partners.
- Coordinate ticketing and event promotion.
- Hand confirmed events over to the person responsible for their operational delivery.
- Monitor activity, expenditure and results.
- Produce a short, useful monthly report.
Working with the team
The role reports to the owners and works alongside Creative Lead, with priorities, budgets and event plans agreed through regular senior-team meetings.
You will work within The Curator’s existing brand direction and coordinate the copy, design, photography and other assets needed to deliver each campaign.
Time will be divided between office-based work and planned visits to our locations.
About you
You will be comfortable moving between sales, planning and practical marketing activity.
You should have:
- Relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Confidence approaching new business customers.
- Experience maintaining customer or client relationships.
- Strong written communication.
- Experience with social media, email and website content.
- Working knowledge of Google and Meta advertising.
- Good organisation and project-management skills.
- Confidence using sales and marketing data.
- The ability to plan independently and manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative and reliable approach.
Experience in coffee, hospitality, food, drink, e-commerce or multi-location retail would be useful but is not essential.
Experience with wholesale sales, CRM systems, ticketed events, photography or short-form video would also be helpful.
We are looking for someone who can work within an established brand, communicate clearly and turn agreed priorities into consistent activity.
