1. Promoter

The competition is organised by Italian Food Heroes Ltd T/A The Curator, 2 The Plains, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 5DR (“The Curator”).

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 or over. Employees of The Curator, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, purchase at least one 220 g bag of The Curator coffee from our retail stand at the Dartmouth Food Festival between Friday 24 October 2025 and Sunday 26 October 2025.

After purchase, complete the entry form on the iPad provided at the stand by submitting your name and email address.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be received by 4 pm on Sunday 26 October 2025.

No online or postal entries will be accepted.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive a 3-month coffee subscription, consisting of one 220 g bag of coffee per month, with a Curator tin sent with the first delivery.

The winner can choose which coffee they receive and when their subscription begins.

No cash or alternative prize is available.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the competition closing date.

The winner will be contacted by email using the details provided.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, The Curator reserves the right to select another entrant at random.

6. Data Protection

Personal data collected for this promotion will be used solely for administering the competition.

Entrants may opt-in to receive news and updates from The Curator by selecting the relevant box on the entry form.

All data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and The Curator’s Privacy Policy.

7. General Conditions

• Proof of purchase may be required.
