What is Enoteca?
Enoteca is our monthly Friday night wine bar — a casual evening built around natural Italian wines and a slower rhythm.
We open the Modbury caffè after hours and serve from our small list of bottles, carefully chosen for their character and simplicity. A handful are available by the glass on the night, and small plates are there if you feel like staying a while.
No bookings needed — just come by from 8pm and see what’s open.
For those who want the full experience:
From 6:30–8:00pm, before the main Enoteca evening begins, Gennaro hosts a seated tasting.
You'll try five different wines (100ml of each), while he shares the stories behind them — how they’re made, where they come from, and why he picked them.
£25 per person
Includes 5 x 100ml glasses of wine
Charcuterie and snacks available on the night
Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.
